The EM 49 is a 3‑in‑1 electrostimulation device that combines transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) for medication‑free pain relief, electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) for targeted muscle training and regeneration, and massage programmes for relaxation and well‑being. It features 12 pre‑programmed TENS programs, 32 pre‑programmed EMS programs and 20 massage programmes, plus 6 customizable programs where frequency, pulse width and on/off time can be adjusted.
The device includes a clear LCD display showing electrode position, intensity levels for two independent channels, a favourite program shortcut, and a belt‑clip for convenient placement. Additional functions such as automatic switch‑off, low‑battery indicator, countdown timer and battery indicator enhance usability.
