AKTEL introduces SMS based MSN/Yahoo! Messenger

AKTEL introduces SMS based MSN/Yahoo! Messenger to all AKTEL customers.

Now you can send and receive Instant Messages to and from MSN and Yahoo! Messenger through SMS when your buddies are in front of their PC. More exciting is that you can sign in both Yahoo! and MSN at the same time. Standard SMS tariff will be applicable for this service to send the Message. Once you log in, you can stay online for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will be automatically logged off.


Feature Description:

1. User registration
User can register his/her Yahoo/MSN user id and password with a preferred short ID. After successful registration, customers can use only that short ID to login from the next time and onwards; he/she doesn't have to give the user id and password every time.

2. Login to chat
User can login to Yahoo/MSN chat by sending User id and password or sending short ID created by the user.



3. Viewing online list
User can request online contacts in the contact list and receive with three digit short code for each contact

4. Search in the contact list
User can search contact names in the contact list and receive with three digit short code for each contact

5. Sending messages
User can send messages using contact name - First 4 characters of the contact or using the three-digit user code given by the system

6. Group messages
User can send one message to multiple recipients in his/her contact list

7. Sending Buzz!
User can send a Buzz message to single recipient or to many recipients in his/her contact list

8. Configurable status
User can change his/her status in Yahoo/MSN chat. Default status is "I am from AKTEL" can customize as customers wish.

9. Disconnect notification
User will receive a SMS notification from Yahoo/MSN when he/she disconnected from the yahoo.


10. 24 hours for each session
Any user can continuously logged in to chat service for 24 hours. After 24 hours user will be automatically logged off from the server.

11. Yahoo and MSN both supports
User can logged in to Yahoo and MSN both from the same mobile concurrently



12. Free incoming messages
User will get 10 free incoming messages when he/she logged in, they will be auto logged off if he/she receives 10 messages without sending any.
