To change the billing address, please fill in the prescribed form or write to us on a plain paper/ company letterhead pad with your valid signature mentioning:


Subscriber’s name & mobile number

Desired (new) billing address in full along with the last one (old)

A contact number


Please send the letter/form through fax or postal delivery or submit at the nearest Customer Relations Center. Fax numbers are: 9882948, 9882949, 9882950 and 9882951.

Please note the following:

Change of Address is subject to signature verification. Signature should be same as provided on the subscription form. The letter/form shall be treated as rejected if the signature does not match or the information is found to be incorrect.
