GrameenPhone offers 50% reduced tariffs on Fridays in the mo

GrameenPhone Ltd. is introducing special promotional airtime tariffs for all of its products on every Friday during the month of July. Under this offer, all GP subscribers will enjoy a 50 percent reduction in airtime tariff on voice calls made to any other GP number.
According to this promotional offer, GrameenPhone’s post-paid products (GP Regular, GP National, Anytime 300 and Anytime 500) users will enjoy 50 percent reduced tariff on all out-going voice calls to any GP number including Friends and Family numbers. Anytime 300 and Anytime 500 subscribers can also avail this offer after consuming the free minutes. To cite an example, GP Regular tariff on Fridays during July will be reduced to Tk. 0.75 per pulse from the existing Tk. 1.5 per pulse for the first minute and for the second minute the tariff will be reduced to Tk. 0.375 per pulse from Tk. 0.75 per pulse.
All GP pre-paid product (EASY, EASY Gold and djuice) users will also enjoy this 50 percent reduction on out-going voice calls to any other GP numbers, including My Easy numbers and while using My Time and My Choice features. Tariff during EASY Hours will also be reduced by 50 percent during the period. So, for example, the call charge will come down to as low as Tk. 0.75 per pulse while calling to a My Easy number for the first minute and to Tk. 0.50 per pulse from the second minute onwards on Fridays during the month of July.
All other existing tariff for calling other operators, value added services, incoming from BTTB will remain the same. This special promotional offer will be available on every Friday during the month of July 2005.
